Dispute Resolution

If mediation fails, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and U Port Inc.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and U Port Inc. retain the right to bring an action in small claims court or to seek injunctive relief or address intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or inconsistent with applicable laws, that provision will be deemed void and removed. All other provisions will remain in effect and enforceable.
